    PayPal Refunded Returns Service

     

    For the purpose of managing the PayPal Refunded Returns service, TELUS International Europe (legal name CallPoint New Europe AD) as a "Service Manager", who is registered in Sofia (Bulgaria) with the Bulgarian Commission for Protection of Personal Data as an Administrator of Personal Data (number 0039111), will process personal data relating to You.

    When You file a reimbursement request under the PayPal Refunded Returns service, You may initially be providing personal information to the Service Manager.

    You are hereby expressly informed of, and expressly declare that You accept automated processing of the personal data collected from You for the needs of the PayPal Refunded Returns service. You are hereby expressly informed of, and expressly agree to, the fact that the Service Manager (and/or any of its subcontractors and partners) may undertake processing of your personal data for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy.

    We therefore wish to expressly remind You, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable data protection law, that providing this data is mandatory, since it is required for managing the PayPal Refunded Returns service and for processing requests for reimbursement. If this information is not provided, the Service Manager will be unable to process any requests for reimbursement.

    • Manage the PayPal Refunded Returns service and process and make decisions on reimbursement requests that You file under the PayPal Refunded Returns service;
    • Register reimbursement requests in databases and records (notably in order to detect and prevent possible crime and fraud);
    • Conduct research and statistical analysis and improve our products and services;
    • Fulfil legal obligations, established by regulations or judicial authorities, as well as for all other purposes allowed by law.

    If Your personal information were to be shared with third parties, this would be done in accordance with the provisions of the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act (amend. SG. 15/15 Feb 2013).

    You are hereby expressly informed of, and expressly agree to, the fact that, as part of use of the personal data that You submit, the Service Manager (and/or any of its subcontractors and partners) may need to transfer these data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) to countries without an adequate level of protection under applicable data protection law, in particular the United States of America. Those parties will have access to any data required for the management of the PayPal Refunded Returns service. Such transfers of personal data will be covered by the standard contract clauses established by the European Commission in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

    You are entitled to access, discuss, rectify, delete or dispute any of Your personal data under the terms stipulated by applicable legislation relating to the protection of personal information.
